You can then track your progress within the areas you have chosen and have monthly check-ins to view how you are getting on. Headspace provides guided meditations, courses and mindfulness exercises on a range of subjects such as stress, anxiety, worry and more.  There is a 10 minute meditation especially for helping with grief that aims to help you heal from your loss, no matter what stage you are at. These meditations are led by world-class experts to help you learn how to do a number of things such as breathwork, finding focus, coping mechanisms, and sleeping more, so as time goes on you will also begin to get daily recommendations catered to you and how you’re feeling.

Headspace has been created for everyone no matter the level or lifestyle you have, you are able to choose what level of practice you want and the length of time for each programme. This allows you to fit the programmes into your schedule your way.
