A Grief Wellbeing Course for suicide loss survivors

Linzi Meaden has set up her own online Grief Wellbeing Course which aims to help suicide loss survivors to better cope with their grief. Linzi is a Trauma Therapist, Life Coach and Author who also has lived experience of suicide loss herself. When she lost her brother in 2020, she made his hopes of helping others and making the world a nicer and kinder place, her life mission. In this course, she has created packages that assist people with the effects of trauma.

The programme includes different videos, texts, workshops and group calls to make you feel supported and less alone in your grief. Linzi guides you through numerous techniques that she has used herself with her own grieving, aiming to allow you to ‘grieve, remember and honour your loved one in a more nurturing way.’ The course overview consists of releasing, resting, reflecting, reigniting and refocusing yourself. You also have the opportunity to connect with other people who are on the programme too, if you are looking for more peer support. The course consists of guided videos with different relaxation techniques, interviews, workshops and more.

There are three different pricing options for the course- you can pay £14.95 every month or £75 for 6 months or £297 for the whole year with a 1:1 Trauma Release Session with Linzi.  The course is made available to you 24/7, and as soon as you purchase the programme, you get immediate online access. This course is guided by lived experience of suicide loss and the techniques and tips that Linzi uses are all things that helped her during her own experience.
