Alice is a keen advocate for opening up the conversation around mental health and ending the stigma around suicide. With a passion for creating content and a background in Learning and Development, Alice loves helping, motivating and uplifting people – almost as much as she loves Lady Gaga!

When she lost her step-dad to suicide at 18, Alice was shocked to find so few resources and support networks for people bereft by suicide. So when she found Suicide&Co. during lockdown, Alice was eager to get involved and support others in a similar situation to her.

When not volunteering for various causes, Alice can be found rollerskating along Worthing seafront!
