A journal specifically made for those bereaved by suicide

These lovely journals have been created by Halani Foulsham following the loss of a family member to suicide. Her lived experience has directly informed a product that has helped her personally on her grief journey but will now help others.

We’re all reading a lot about the power of journaling at the moment, but Halani has been ahead of the trend launching this back in 2016. The journal is split into four key sections  – Shock, Anger, Depression, and Acceptance. We think it is most useful in the first stages of your loss as it almost acts as a guide through the initial phases and even includes areas to write practical information. However, you could find this useful at any time as you can jump around to the parts you find relevant.

Halani peppers the journal with her own lived experience which in itself can be healing to the owner as it can encourage reflection but also relief in knowing someone else has felt similar feelings and emotions. A lot of the journal is blank pages with writing prompts at the top but there are also colouring areas, exercises and a big space for your own reflection and journaling.
