Emma’s story
Born and bred northerner living in London. Emma is a silly soul who always searches for the silver lining and the belly laughs.
At the age of 20, Emma was in her third year of university when she was bereaved by suicide. Losing her father to suicide a decade ago stirred feelings of anger, guilt and deep sadness. Living through these powerful and shaping emotions has had a huge impact on who Emma is today. As a result, she is incredibly vocal about changing the stigma around suicide and supporting the community of individuals who have lost someone to suicide. Emma’s background in media, combined with her inherent compassion, pinpoints her as Communications Director for the charity.
