Suicide&Co are hosting the Self-Care Fair on May 3rd and 4th, 2025, at Porchester Hall, Londonβa two-day event filled with inspiration, relaxation, and feel-good experiences. Designed to support individuals on their self-care journey, the fair brings together a curated selection of wellness brands, immersive workshops, and expert-led discussions. In partnership with We Three Amigas, known for their exceptional shopping experiences, attendees can explore a handpicked range of products, from beauty, fashion, and lifestyle to mental wellness essentials, all in one place.
The event will feature a variety of engaging experiences, including panel discussions with leading voices in well-being, yoga sessions, sound baths, and interactive workshops focused on stress management, mindfulness, and emotional resilience. A highlight of the weekend will be an exclusive In Conversation with Shirley Ballas, celebrated Strictly Come Dancing head judge and Suicide&Co ambassador, who will share her personal journey and insights into mental health, grief, and self-care. The Cuddle Club will be at the fair from 11:00 AM β 3:00 PM on both days, giving visitors the perfect opportunity to experience the therapeutic power of canine companionship. Whether you need a break from the bustle of the event or simply want to enjoy some quality time with a four-legged friend, this is a self-care experience you wonβt want to miss.
