Fundraise For Us

We are always looking for company, and for new members of our community to join us on our journey to continue to support individuals bereaved by suicide.

There are many ways in which you can fundraise for us through an organised physical challenge, or create your own fundraising challenge, whether this be physical or not! Check out some of the options below.

We believe that together we can stride for better suicide bereavement support, stride to have braver conversations and stride with pride, knowing that we are not alone.

Put on your trainers, walking boots, wellies or even flip flops! Join us in our fundraising mission by getting involved through a variety of events and walking adventures in the coming year.

Non- Physical Fundraisers

People often think of fundraising challenges as marathons or endurance, but there are lots of different options that don't involve a physical activity!

We know that physical fundraising challenges are not for everyone, so below are some ideas and activities that people have done in the past to fundraise for us in some more unique ways.

  • This is a great way to engage people in fundraising - the better the prizes the more donations!

If your company is looking to support a charity, we woul love to be your charity partner!

  • This is a fun way to run a competition without needing a physical aspect, and a great option for a younger audience.

  • This is a really easy feature to use to fundraise through Facebook. Instead of birthday presents, ask your friends and family to donate to your fundraiser instead!

  • You could create your own quiz, games or comedy night, or you could approach your local pub and ask them to collaborate on a charity quiz for one night!

  • This is a great way to bring communities together at local level. You could host this in your own home, in a community centre or even at a local coffee shop.

  • Whether this is for a sporting competition, a TV show or something else, this is a fun way to get competitive with friends, family and colleagues while raising money for charity.

  • Instead of asking for presents, why not add us to your gift registry and your guests can donate to a cause of your choosing instead!

Why not set up a bespoke event to fundraise in your own way? We are always open to new fundraising ideas!

If you would like to create your own challenge or fundraising event for Suicide&Co to support those bereaved by suicide in 2024, please get in touch with info@suicideandco.org.
