Feelya is an open platform where professional therapy is available for all within the UK. They believe that everyone is entitled to non-judgemental, professional mental health support - as do we! Anyone is able to search for and get matched with accredited and carefully vetted psychotherapists who deliver private video and audio counselling sessions online, in a pay as you go format.

You can find the therapist for you by searching for those trained in specialist areas such as bereavement, PTSD and anxiety, or by using various other filters to ensure you find the right expert help. We encourage counselling and talking therapies and we think this is a great website for you to find mental health support online.

The self-test area of the website allows you to take a quick and free five-minute mood test to help you understand how you are feeling and to determine whether therapy is needed and if so, how much will benefit you.

Under the resources section of the website, a long list of common mental health issues such as depression, OCD and eating disorders are described, with explanations on how each condition can be helped through therapy. This area of Feelya also gives an introduction to the different types of mental health therapy and counselling available, with information on what to expect and how to know what option is right for you.
