To my father figure,

You told me you would always be here for me, no matter what but the darkness won

You were the father I never had and I will spend a lifetime thinking of the goodbyes I never got to say

I wish you knew how special you were to me and how broken we all are without you here. I’m still waiting for a message to pop up saying “hey missy xoxox”

I hope I made you proud every single day and I promise to look after your beautiful boys for the rest of my life
