Mike,

You were always a bundle of energy and enthusiasm and some one people longed to be around. We are sad you are no longer in our lives but sadder you felt you had to go.

I'm angry with you for leaving your daughter, I thought you were selfish. But I am heartbroken you didnt see another choice as I know you had so much love in your heart.

We wish we could have helped you and to continue my support I will always be here for your daughter.

Thank you for the joy you brought and the positive memories you left.
