Moving Through Grief by Gretchen Kubacky

This is an actionable guide book for helping with grief. The book deals with all types of grief not just bereavement and there is no specific section for suicide related grief, but if you're the type of person that likes and wants practical things to work through and are willing to write down your feelings then this could help you. One of our co-founders read this and could imagine it being useful in the early stages of grief.

There are exercises throughout that advocate a plan based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). ACT uses six tools: values, committed action, acceptance, being present, cognitive defusion and self-as-context.
