Dear Sister

It’s coming up to almost a year without you. Our first day of 2022 was the day you decided to choose to start a new life wherever you maybe, pain free. And was the first day of the New Year and a new life for us all without you in it. Life has been hard and heavy ever since, but also so many positives. My grief is confusing, painful yet liberating all at the same time and hard to explain. I treasure my life & those in it so much more than before, and I thank you for that. I feel I have learnt so much from you already and want to continue to have that approach in life through your legacy. I’m so sorry life was so hard and painful for you, that this was what you thought was your only way free of that pain. I wish I could hug you and tell you much you are loved and missed by so many. Until we meet again, you will forever be my brave, strong Sister. I love you x
